Focus Enterprise Solutions recommended WFC to use Dynamics 365 Finance. All things considered, it was the best match for their situation now and in the future.
After some initial testing, it was decided that a core template implementation was needed. Once this was defined, 15 primary users were trained in how to use it. Their initial feedback was positive, and there are now 210 WFC entities in 60 countries using Dynamics 365 Finance.

Extended expertise
Next up, Focus Enterprise Solutions added Extended Banking into the mix. This empowers all WFC companies to easily streamline payments in Dynamics 365 Finance. Transactions are read, analyzed, and processed without anyone needing to lift a finger.
For system updates, Focus Enterprise Solutions suggested using RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool), which will also save WFC a lot of time in the long run. Thanks to RSAT, they now only need to spend one week testing for each release, instead of three like before. More impressively still, all of these innovations were implemented without exceeding the budget.
